Didactic competitions of the teachers at the university of Campeche, México

In this research work is a study of the competences of the teachers at the Autonomous University of Campeche. The result shows that teachers comply satisfactorily with four of the ten powers, proposed, which are: plan the process of teaching and learning, select and prepare the contents disciplinary, provide information and explanations understandable and well organized, the realization of tutoring and support students. Lack strengthens the following competencies: management technologies, design methodologies and organization of activities, communicate and interact with students, reflect and research on teaching, evaluate, engage with the institution. When you purchase teen basic skills teachers can undertake the design of teaching strategies that promote student learning and thus contribute to the achievement of the competencies of the profile of the students. The results allow detecting areas of opportunity which must be met by the University teacher-training program.
