Abstract

This article focuses the attention on a research project on shortcomings in the formation of professional competence in students of Organizational Communication. Therefore, the general objective is to develop a didactic strategy to encourage professional competence in the organizational communication and public relations students at the Eloy Alfaro Laica University of Manabi, through the development of institutional communication management. The main result aimed at developing professional competence, which can be incorporated into the transformations oriented towards the improving of the educational process, and secondly towards a positive impact on society, in the institutional and organizational spaces where students have their pre professional practices and subsequently their professional work.
