Abstract

The coexistence of two proposes in Cuban pedagogy about the components of the learning process, since the investigations done by Alvarez, C. were published, demands criteria that help to take part about it. We present the critical analysis of his book “The school in live” about the component object and its relationship with the component problem, related to the education, with the intention to determine if they are or not. In this analysis we achieve the generalization of one of the laws he declared by considering the education in the wide sense and also we arrive at a new one. Both determine the transformations of the education as a process, the first law in his genesis and the second in his improvement.
