The present work is sustained in the didactics of the inter-disciplinary, the didactics of mathematic and the didactics of computer science to define the structure of the method of solution of experimental tasks of mathematical with computer science processing of the data. As well as in general psychologywhen basing the structure of the method of solution of the type of propose tasks on the functional parts of the integral action: direction, execution and value control. The previous foundations are applied to the education of the mathematical one with software “TRACKER” and it acquires knowledge with an example taken from the professional exercise of the authors.
