Abstract

The improvement of the level of professionals constitutes an issue of great significances in the transformations that are taking places in Cuban Education nowadays. The need of achieving high levels of professional competence and advancing capacities for the investigator has determinates an increment in the academic formation of postgraduate courses mainly in those to apply for a master´s degree. In this form of upgrading the advising and the adviser have great importance. In special, the called «Master of Education Sciences widely accessible», the advising reaches new characteristics and levels of significances. In this paper, it will be dealt some theoretical rationales as a support and the point of departure and practice experience related to the advising in Villa Clara province.
