The objective of this article is to argue some considerations about the design and conception of a b-learning model of pedagogical training for students of technical careers. On the edges that make up this problem, much has been written in the scientific literature; however, contradictions are revealed in the pedagogical training process of the students of technical careers, the most significant being the non-inclusion, in the current study plans of these careers, of the discipline Pedagogy as part of the basic curriculum, nor in the ways of acting of the professionals what refers to teaching. What makes it pertinent to base and implement a b-learning model of pedagogical training, which includes the course that is taught to student assistants; which becomes a prelude to the strategy for continuous pedagogical training of the
university cloister. To achieve this objective and transform the existing reality, the Participatory Action Research is used as a research method, given the need to achieve the active participation of the social actors involved in the research: students and professors of the careers; both in the investigative process and in the creation of scientific knowledge of the problem posed.
