Pedagogical professional skills for community work in Preschool Education

This article shows the partial results of the research carried out at the "Marta Abreu" Central University of Las Villas, which aims to present the didactic-methodological profile of professional skills for community work in the initial training of Preschool Education teachers. For its design, two stages were conceived: firstly, the theoretical conceptions about professional skills and specifically the theories developed about professional pedagogical skills were analyzed and in a second stage containing the methodological steps for the design of the profile and the assessment, by expert criteria of its relevance, usefulness, relevance and applicability. The main findings of the study emanate from corroborating that the elaborated profile enables teachers to conduct the training of professional skills for community work and the theoretical and methodological foundations required to the improvement of these skills for the professional performance of teachers training in the community environment.
