Abstract

The main goal of the Cuban Education System is to educate as well as to instruct students. This process takes place in all levels of education. Particularly, in Higher Education Institutions it constitutes a pr iority in the formation of professionals. The effectiveness of this important process relies on the way it is planned. To guarantee the adequate design, application and control of the educative strategy of the students in trainning courses, constitutes the focus of attention of teachers' staff. The present paper offers the experience of teachers' staff in designing, applying and contolling the educative strategy for the students majoring in Forieng Languages Teaching at "Felix Varela" Pedagogical University in Villa Clara, Cuba.
