The evaluation of the learning in the pedagogic professional formation

The article addresses the need for changes in the teaching-learning process, intending the evaluation of learning in professional pedagogical training, within the framework of Education for Sustainable Development so that students can develop knowledge that allows them. For this, it is necessary to transform styles and methods for the direction of the process, which contributes to the formation of competent, creative and innovative graduates, as a strategy to promote the goal of learning and achieving learning throughout life. The objectives of this work are focused on new perspectives of learning, as references in the transformations and the methodology followed corresponds to the documentary analysis and the systematization of experiences. As a result, a theoretical and methodological approach is offered that supports the changes, among which proposals for evaluation stand out where the teacher must provoke the mental activity of the student through cognitive conflicts, with learning and evaluation techniques for both the classroom and in virtual environments.
