To study the thought of Cuban educators constitutes a priority in the centers of formation for teachers, contributing a legacy to the new generation for its integral development that soon is reverted for the good of the society in its transformation. The work has like objective: To propose activities that favor the study of the educative thought of Jose Ramon Fernandez for the formation of the students of the Pedagogical School "Manuel Ascunce Domenech". They use methods of the theoretical level like: analytical-synthetic, inductive-deductive, historical-logical and of ascent of the abstract thing to concrete it. Of the empirical level the document analysis, the observation, interviews, survey, pedagogical test, methodologic triangulation, criterion of specialists and the mathematical level the percentage analysis, that allows to deepen in thematic the boarded one to offer an answer to the investigated problem. The proposal consists of educational activities and extrascholastic to contribute to the formation of the students, from the study of the educative thought of Jose Ramon Fernandez, this is implemented during course 2013-2014, favoring the improvement of the Cuban education in general and individual the formation of values from the pedagogical context.
