The present article talks about the tendence that in the last years characterize the direction in the primary school context, shows the need to favor the management that facilitate the development of the ways that sistematize in the methodologic theoric conception and be privileged in the educative prctice in the perfectionism of the school vinculation with the comunity to favor the school apprenticeship from an efficient direction by the part of the directionals and teachers.
