Abstract

The article outlines the results reached in the teachers in formation in the development of abilities from the Cabinet of Educative Orientation, which is conceived as an opened space to offer to services of research of cases and consultant's office of integral character of preventive and corrective form. The actions unfolded from the Cabinet allow to harness from the labor practice of the Educative Orientation Discipline of Pedagogy –Psychology  Specialty the training for the diagnosis of form actual and modeled of the styles and strategies of learning, the personal adjustment, the projection of goals and expectations, the decision making, the election of the profession, the learning of values and social abilities for the coexistence of the different subjects that decide to receive this service for their integral development and the personal change.
