Abstract

The educational transformations have impregnated a new vision in the processes of formation and of the directives. This process directed to go forming to the same like capable individuals to achieve a great influence in the space of the direction for heir lofty knowledge, facility to foresee the events, to communicate and to convince the professional association to undertake the new defiances, on an ethical revolutionist's base, aspect that just categorizes the leaders, in order to satisfy the requests that generate the educational transformations; in the instruction, formative and cultural aspects. The present work is intented to analyze the ethical thought of the Che to be the personal example, the motor to arouse the big works of the Revolution.
