Abstract

This contribution was centered on the hypothesis: soft skills are advices that can encourage efficiency and solidarity, when supported by philosophical theories; they are not completely valuable by themselves. The goal is to add to the scholar, social, political, working and in general cultural field, criterions to make more soft skills complex, for the sake of deciding with prudence and wisdom while using them. Here is depicted a context, to better assess them. The analysis was supported by assumptions of the complex method. There are also contributed, philosophical referents, which are contrasted with soft skills. The potentialities of the soft skills are highlighted as well as their educational advantages.
